Cancellation Fees	If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee. Contact on the check-in day: 100% Notification on the day before: 100% Contact 5 to 3 days in advance: 70% Contact 10 to 6 days in advance: 50% Contact 11 to 19 days in advance: 30% Contact up to 20 days in advance: 20% * The cancellation fee will be a percentage of the accommodation fee, including optional fees. * If we deem that circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions make it impossible to use our Facility, we will waive the cancellation fee.
